Mechanical design focused on internal components, switch placement, and structural integrity, followed by drop test simulations to validate durability. Manufacturing design optimized the model for injection molding, considering material selection and assembly processes. Finally, comprehensive 2D documentation was created, including technical drawings, tolerances, and assembly instructions, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Each phase ensured a balance of functionality, durability, and manufacturability.

  • Innovative Oil Extraction Tool Technical Animation

    The innovative oil extraction tools project leveraged cutting-edge technical animation to visualize complex engineering solutions, demonstrating advanced mechanisms. Starting with industrial design and mechanical engineering, the tools were optimized for efficiency, durability, and precision, incorporating  modular components for adaptability in harsh environments. Using 3D parametric modeling, the team developed accurate digital prototypes, simulating structural stress and abrasion to refine performance. The high-detail technical animations then brought these systems to life, illustrating assembly sequences, operational workflows, and failure scenarios with dynamic motion graphics, cross-sectional views, and interactive simulations. This approach not only enhanced stakeholder understanding but also streamlined prototyping, troubleshooting, and training for next-gen oil extraction technology.

  • Earpods Design

    The EarPods design project encompassed a comprehensive approach, blending industrial design principles with advanced 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering to create a sleek, ergonomic, and visually appealing product. Starting with extensive research on user comfort and aesthetic trends, the industrial design phase focused on refining the form, materials, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience. Using CAD software, the 3D modeling process translated these concepts into precise digital prototypes, optimizing dimensions and structural integrity while maintaining the design’s minimalist elegance. Finally, photorealistic rendering brought the EarPods to life with high-fidelity textures, dynamic lighting, and detailed finishes, showcasing the product in various real-world scenarios to highlight its design sophistication and market appeal. This end-to-end process ensured a harmonious balance of innovation, usability, and visual impact.

  • Electric Handsaw

    Designed an electric handsaw from concept to production, integrating dynamic motion analysis to optimize gear train efficiency and blade oscillation. Performed mechanical design of the housing, motor mounting, and safety mechanisms, followed by manufacturing analysis for die-cast and injection-molded components. Conducted stress simulations on moving parts to ensure durability under load. Applied GD&T and created detailed manufacturing drawings for precise assembly of the drive system and ergonomic handle.

  • PCB Thermal Analysis and Divider design

    Led PCB thermal analysis to optimize heat dissipation, reducing peak temperatures by 15°C through mechanical design improvements. Designed a plastic PCB divider with snap-fit features, performing full manufacturing analysis (injection molding feasibility, mold flow simulation). Applied GD&T standards and created detailed manufacturing drawings for production, ensuring precise tolerances and assembly efficiency.

  • Microphone Design

    Designed a professional microphone from concept to production, covering industrial design (ergonomic shape, aesthetics), mechanical engineering (durable housing, internal component fit), and manufacturing prep (material selection, CNC/injection molding analysis). Applied GD&T for precise tolerances and created detailed production drawings for machining and assembly. The result was a high-quality, manufacturable microphone with optimized acoustics and cost efficiency.
