Mouse Design

The mouse design project began with initial sketching to explore ergonomic shapes and aesthetic concepts. These sketches were then translated into detailed 3D models using CAD software, refining the form and ensuring usability. Mechanical design focused on internal components, switch placement, and structural integrity, followed by drop test simulations to validate durability. Manufacturing design optimized the model for injection molding, considering material selection and assembly processes. Finally, comprehensive 2D documentation was created, including technical drawings, tolerances, and assembly instructions, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Each phase ensured a balance of functionality, durability, and manufacturability.
