Manufacturing design optimized the model for injection molding, considering material selection and assembly processes. Finally, comprehensive 2D documentation was created, including technical drawings, tolerances, and assembly instructions, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Each phase ensured a balance of functionality, durability, and manufacturability.
